Ron Zink holds the position of Director, Business Development for the Canadian Water & Wastewater component of Corix’s business, after previously serving as Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for Canada. In his current capacity, Ron is tasked with delivering growth in the Canadian market through M&A, Greenfield Development, and Intrinsic Growth opportunities.
Ron has a varied 30+ year business background, with a focus on Finance and Business Development in both regulated and non-regulated environments. He holds a Diploma in Marketing, a Bachelor Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Finance and Economics, and an MBA with Finance and Corporate Accounting concentrations. He has held various senior positions in both Canada and the US, and has served as a Project Manager and Finance Specialist on multiple overseas assignments. His areas of expertise include financial analysis, financial structuring, and contract negotiation. He has worked extensively in the Water/Wastewater and Natural Gas distribution sectors, and also has experience in Electrical Distribution. Ron is based in Langley, on the traditional territory of the Stó:Lo ̅ Nation
