Mr. Deane is an innovative project-engineering manager and practitioner with over 25 years experience, with demonstrated success in bringing to completion complex projects. He has experience in the field of Business Development, securing major and regional infrastructure projects in British Columbia and Alberta. He possesses a keen sense of urgency, the ability to make complex decisions, strong problem-solving skills blended with the capability to effectively formulate, communicate and implement strategy through all levels of an organization. His skills were developed in Engineering, Construction and Maintenance roles in the Oil and Gas sectors in Alberta in 2000’s having lived and worked in Calgary, Grande Prairie and Fort McMurray, before pivoting into public works in roads, bridges, and utility infrastructure in BC. With NAC, as Senior Project development Manager with a National Portfolio, Ronan has successfully pursued and kicked off challenging projects in Western Canada, while developing and maintaining relationships with engineers, utility owners and clients across the country.
